and follow further steps to achieve this.
However, you will have:
Tethering, MMS & Visual Voicemail work 100%.

1st Step
Once You've paid, PayPal  forwards you to a page.
Don't Exit Please, Wait so you can Download.

2nd Step
Download the Tethering File
from that page directly to your iPhone.

3ND Step
SHUT DOWN YOUR iPhone & REBOOT!
Slide the bar left to right and power off.

4th Step
On the iPhone,
Select: 'Settings'
Just FOR NOW Turn Your WI-FI setting OFF,
So it won't Confuse You During This Setup.
Tap:  General   
Tap:  Network   
Tap: Internet Tethering:  ON

Select USB ONLY with your iPhone Cord!
Plug your USB in your PC or Laptop.

You may also select BlueTooth Tethering.
